About the Role
A high-potential tech innovation startups within our ecosystem is currently seeking a visionary Female Co-Founder to join their executive leadership team. As a Co-Founder, you will work side-by-side with the Founder to transition the startup from a high-potential prototype to a market-leading enterprise. You will be responsible for the "engine room" of the business—ensuring that the vision is backed by robust operations, sound financial planning, and a world-class team.
Responsibilities
Operational Architecture: Build and oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the startup remains agile yet structured as it scales.
Strategic Growth: Partner with the Founder to refine the business model, identify market entry points, and execute go-to-market strategies.
Fundraising & Partnerships: Lead or support efforts to engage the venture capital community, secure seed funding, and build strategic alliances within the tech ecosystem.
Culture & Talent: Lead the recruitment of "founding team" members, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture that reflects the startup's values.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure the venture meets all regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of corporate governance.
Leverage partnerships to capture bulk markets
Requirements
We are specifically looking for a female leader who brings a diverse perspective to the executive table. The ideal candidate possesses:
You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the "builder" mindset required to navigate the early stages of a startup.
Have proven track record in operations, business development, or project management (tech-sector experience is a significant plus).
Possess the ability to use data to drive decisions, optimize workflows, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire a team and represent the startup to investors and partners.
A degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis
Nice to Have
Experience working across multiple industries or international markets
Familiarity with change management or innovation strategy
Data visualization or dashboarding skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
