At what stage does a startup qualify to apply?

We primarily focus on Pre-Seed through Series A rounds. We look for companies that have moved past the "idea" phase and possess a proven Minimum Viable Product (MVP), early traction, and a clear path to scalability. Through our Business Accelerator, we also provide a bridge for those in the very early stages to become "venture-ready."

Does a company have to be located in Africa to qualify?
What beyond capital do you provide?
Is this a social impact fund or a commercial venture fund?
How can founders apply for funding?
